Over the past eight years, I have worked hard to transform the farm into the business it is today. I have overcome barriers, obstacles, removed blockages to progress, dealt with all sorts of situations and worked with different characters. I am grateful for all the failures, barriers I faced, blockages and bureaucracy as they’ve given me a wealth of experience and taught me valuable life lessons.

Through this book, I have documented my story and the experience I when through and I have reflected on the lessons I have learnt to help you think about and use the information to learn more about the steps and action you can take.
